President
Eric Eisenhart
A NHWC and NHHS alumni, Eric has spent his entire career serving as a "coach". Be it in the the traditional sense with athletes or in the professional space as a colleague, mentor, or manager, his personal mission revolves around working to lead others to their best. He currently serves as the Managing Partner of Pro-Activity headquartered in Clinton Twp., NJ, where he also resides with his wife and three children. A former District and Region champion at NHHS and division I wrestler (Cornell), Eric is happy to be serving a dual role for NHWC, back on the mats coaching the next generation and shoulder to shoulder with a strong leadership team, building on the momentum gained by those before him, and guiding the strategic direction of the club.

Vin Ferraro
Having spent time in the North Plainfield wrestling program as a child, Vin relocated to the Bethlehem Twp. section of the district with his wife Lisa and their three boys, finding himself back in the wrestling world as his middle son Nico began with the NHWC in 2021. As a member of the Local 102 IBEW (electrician), when he's not building homes or working in the trades, he can likely be found near a wrestling mat supporting area kids or chatting it up with other wrestling parents about the ways to best do so. Vin is eager to share his passion for the sport, and the people in it, to best serve NHWC.

Megan & Chris Gahagan
Having met in their undergrad years while both playing soccer at William Patterson University, Megan & Chris Gahagan settled with their two boys in the Union Twp. section of the North Hunterdon sending district - the town Megan grew up in. Megan, with an Masters degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova, and Chris with a background in Exercise Science, provide a dynamic duo for NHWC leveraging professional backgrounds, passion for athletics, and the life-lessons taught through sport. Currently Megan serves as an Associate Director of Human Resources at Everest Clinical Research and Chris is a partner and the head strength & conditioning coach at Pro-Activity in Lebanon, NJ.

Janet Gattone
Janet joined the NHWC board in 2026, inspired by her sons’ growing passion for the sport. After completing Master’s degrees in Art Education and School Leadership, she returned to her home community as an art teacher in the Lebanon Township School District, where she is dedicated to fostering creativity, building confidence, and strengthening community connections among her students. Outside of teaching and wrestling, Janet enjoys sewing, reading, and spending time outdoors. She and her husband, Brendan (a NHWC coach) live in Glen Gardner with their two sons.

High School Representative
Dan Pepe
Dan Pepe is the Head Coach of the North Hunterdon High School girls team and joined the NHWC board in 2025, serving as representative and liaison with NHHS. Having grown up as a NHWC wrestler and coach for the boys high school team prior to his current position, Dan has great pride in the program and strives to ensure a high-energy and inclusive environment. His efforts have helped to establish NH girls wrestling consistently among the most successful program in the state, and earned him Region coach of the year for the 2024-25 season. Dan and his wife reside in the Clinton Twp. section of the North Hunterdon sending district.

Coach's Chair
Rick Frondorf
Rick Frondorf is among NJ's most decorated wrestlers. A 2x NJ State Champion, 4x Place-winner, 4x Region 5 Champion, and 4x District champion, Rick's explosive, yet smooth style quickly gained him notoriety among the most competitive circles. Upon graduation from North Hunterdon High School, Rick attended Lock Haven University where he competed prior to transferring to Delaware Valley College where he was a Division III All-American. Prior to the birth of this twin boys, he owned and operated a successful wrestling club in Hunterdon County and has since volunteered his time as one of the most sought after coaches within North Hunterdon Wrestling Club. Rick, his wife Shana and twins Lincoln and Domenic reside in the Franklin Township section of Hunterdon County, NJ

Gold Select Coach
Kyle Poulsen
Kyle Poulsen, a 2007 graduate of Rutgers University where he spent 4 years on the wrestling team, brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to the club. An alumni of Piscataway High School, Kyle was a Middlesex County Champ, a 3x District Champion, a Region 5 Champion, and a NJ State place-winner having amassed 115 career wins prior to competing at the varsity level for Rutgers. After graduation he spent six years at his high school alma mater as an assistant wrestling coach, helping the team win a District title while coaching a 2x State Finalist and multiple State place-winners. Kyle and his wife live in the Clinton Township section of Hunterdon County with their three boys, and he currently serves the Watchung section of Somerset County as a police officer.

Black Intermediate Coach
Kane Kennon
Kane Kennon joined the program in 2024 and immediately took to the coaching ranks. With an accomplished wrestling career at NJ powerhouse Mt. Olive including two Morris County titles, he brings a solid foundation of skills and teaching techniques to our intermediate (black room) athletes. Although his primary sport as a competitor was baseball, and now as a coach with North Hunterdon Youth Baseball he can often be found on weekends sprinting off of the diamond and onto the mat, Kane continues to find time to invest in area youth athletes and has been instrumental in recruiting talented young baseball players to the greatest sport on the planet....wrestling! He and his wife and three children live in the Clinton Twp. section of North Hunterdon.

Green Novice Coach
Greg Eisenhart
A member of the 2002 NJ State Championship team, and a 3x District Champion and 2x NJ State Qualifier who joined the exclusive 100 win club in his competitive career, Greg returned to NHWC to coach in 2023 and has been instrumental in leading efforts with our youngest Lions. As a "homegrown" guy, he has great pride in this community, currently serving it as one of the areas most sought after realtors and volunteering in numerous capacities including the youth rugby program and Immaculate Conception School in addition to his service to NHWC. Greg resides in the Clinton Twp. section of North Hunterdon with his wife Jessica and their two children.

Pink Room Coach
Greg Evans
Greg Evans is another nearly life-long local with Hunterdon roots. While his competitive career was a few miles north of here at our sister program, he was a member of some of the most dominant teams in NJ history at Voorhees and individually was a 2x NJ State place-winner finishing as high as 3rd place in the 1988 season. Having spent his professional career teaching and coaching at the High School level, with a long accomplished career as the head wrestling coach at Bridgewater-Raritan High School, Greg has been serving on our girls-only staff since 2022. He and his wife and two children live in the Lebanon Twp. section of Hunterdon.
